Beerenauslese

 

Beerenauslese is an ideal accompaniment for food. It can be used well as an appetizer but also for desserts. Important is a nice aroma, especially clear and clean fragrance and taste. Acidity is supposed to somewhat open up the residual sweetness and bring a certain spiciness into the wine. Depending on weather conditions we either make Beerenauslese or another naturally sweet wine.
