#nofilter

The term #nofilter conceils a St. Laurent.

It is harvested very early, so it does not get too much alcohol. The whole grapes, including the stalks, are fermented spontaneously in hermetically sealed tanks. After it is pressed, the wine is stored in large used barrels. Bottling is done by hand without pumps.

#nofilter - no additives, no pumps, no filtration; - grapes au naturel!

Temperature for drinking 9 °C - 12 °C
